As we celebrate International Women’s Day 2024, the Women in Tech team at n<\/i><\/span>AG is actively addressing the gender imbalance within our organization and the tech sector. Our team, comprised of both women and men, has taken strategic steps over the past year.<\/p>\n

We conducted a comprehensive survey of our female workforce to understand their experiences and challenges, providing crucial insights. Additionally, a Women in Tech workshop facilitated open dialogue and collaborative problem-solving. We’ve also been refining policies to enhance the working environment for our female colleagues.<\/p>\n

Our objectives are clear: to make n<\/i><\/span>AG an even more inclusive workplace and advocate for broader industry change. Beyond our organisation, we are extending our efforts to the wider tech community. We aim to inspire girls to pursue STEM education and consider careers in technology with various outreach activities.<\/p>\n

Looking ahead, our mission is to lay the groundwork for sustained change. On this International Women’s Day, we collectively commit to breaking down barriers and foster an environment where everyone, regardless of gender, can thrive in the world of technology.<\/p>\n

n<\/i><\/span>AG is a Chapter member of Women in HPC (WHPC)<\/a>. WHPC strives to bring together women in HPC and technical computing while encouraging women to engage in outreach activities and improve the visibility of inspirational role models.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
