OXFORD, UK \u2014 25 January 2024 \u2014 n<\/em>2<\/sup> Group, the parent company of n<\/i><\/span>AG, the algorithms and supercomputing company, today announced new Non-Executive Directors; Xiang Fan, a highly experienced investment banking and financial services program lead, and Jordan Giddings, innovation leader in systems, data and technology. These appointments extend the Board\u2019s diverse skillset, paving the way for greater innovation and sustainable growth across current and future business ventures.<\/p>\n

Xiang specializes in steering multi-year cross-functional investment programs across Technology, Trading, Quant, Risk, and COO domains. Her career has seen her lead various change functions within counterparty & credit risk, credit derivatives and investment services at NatWest Markets, Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital, and Bank of New York Mellon.<\/p>\n

Jordan has served as a Board member and Chair in commercial and governmental sectors, including a Non-Executive Director at the Met Office. He has delivered a number of senior roles for the UK MOD and broader National Security community, and is highly experienced in cyber, AI, and data sciences. He holds visiting professorships at UCL, Cranfield School of Defence and Security, and the University of Hertfordshire, and visiting fellowships at Imperial College and Loughborough.<\/p>\n
